We have opened up the application process for entries on the 2010 tour. We are seeking quality examples of energy efficient and sustainable structures as examples for those wishing to understand better and maybe implement some ideas in their own homes.

Anyone interested in offering their home or commercial establishment for the tour can complete the online application survey. The answers to the survey will help us organize all the entries and their features for the tour packet. Prior to starting the survey you should have the appropriate information ready about your building, as you can’t leave and re-enter the survey. Important information includes:
· Insulation types and R values
· Window types and U values
· Any Energy Rating certifications and results
· Utility bill information for the last 12 months

For more information please visit the NRV GreenMOB website.

Please pass along this information to anyone you think would be interested.

Terri Fisherhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04522345081825350324noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-208211495442564579.post-2765544279223804932010-03-26T19:03:00.002-04:002010-03-26T19:05:31.869-04:00Next Green Home Tour During Blacksburg's Sustainability WeekFor those of you wondering about the 2010 Green Home Tour, you'll have to wait until September.
